These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Docker Monitor mobile application ("Service") operated by Docker Monitor ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Docker Monitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Description of Service

Docker Monitor is a mobile application that provides:

• Remote Docker container management capabilities
• SSH tunneling for secure connections
• Real-time monitoring and logging
• Container operations and configuration management

User Responsibilities

When using Docker Monitor, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the security of your Docker servers and credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application

No Warranty

Docker Monitor is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service is suitable for production environments

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Docker Monitor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Docker Monitor from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

App Store Terms

Your use of Docker Monitor may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded the application (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.).

Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Docker Monitor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
